BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

San Nicolás Hostel — Studio Urya SL

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

These Terms and Conditions regulate the contractual relationship between Estudio Urya SL (CIF: B26068882), owner of the San Nicolás Hostel, with address at Calle Gran Vía, 57, Entlo., 26005 Logroño (La Rioja), and the user who makes an accommodation reservation through the website https://alberguesannicolas.es or by any other means enabled for this purpose.

The making of a reservation implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these conditions, please do not make the reservation.

2. BOOKING PROCESS

Reservations can be made through the reservation engine integrated in the website, managed by Hostaway. The process is as follows:

The user selects the dates of stay and the number of people.

The personal data required to formalize the reservation are completed.

Payment is made through the secure Stripe payment gateway, with SSL encryption.

Once the payment is confirmed, the user will receive a reservation confirmation email at the address indicated.

The reservation will not be considered confirmed until the user receives said confirmation email. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, contact us at reservas@alberguesannicolas.es.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

The prices published on the website vary depending on the type of room and the season, and include the applicable VAT and the tourist taxes in force in La Rioja, unless expressly stated otherwise. The applicable price will be the one in force at the time of formalizing the reservation.

Payment is made in full at the time of booking through the Stripe payment gateway, which operates with SSL security protocol. Estudio Urya SL does not store the user's bank card data at any time; such data is managed exclusively by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS regulations.

Estudio Urya SL reserves the right to modify prices at any time, although the changes will not affect already confirmed reservations.

4. CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

FREE CANCELLATION: up to 5 days before the expected arrival date.

Cancellations made 5 or more days before the arrival date: free cancellation with full refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations made 4 days or less before the arrival date: 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged, without the right to a refund.

No-show: in case of no-show on the day of arrival without having previously canceled, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

To make a cancellation, the user must contact the hostel through the email atencion@alberguesannicolas.es, indicating the reservation number. The cancellation date will be considered that of the cancellation confirmation email issued by the hostel.

Refunds, where appropriate, will be made through the same means of payment used in the reservation within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.

5. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES

Check-in: from 13:00 h

Check-out: before 9:00 am

Non-evacuation before 9:00 a.m. may result in an additional night's charge. If you plan to arrive outside the usual check-in hours, please let us know in advance.

6. LENGTH OF STAY

The maximum stay at the San Nicolás Hostel is 5 consecutive nights. After this period, the accommodation may not be extended unless expressly authorized by the management of the hostel.

7. CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION

The San Nicolás Hostel is mainly aimed at pilgrims of the Camino de Santiago, although it welcomes any traveler who meets the established admission conditions.

To formalize the check-in it is essential to present a valid identity document (ID, passport or residence card). Pilgrims must also present their Camino credential.

Reservations are not allowed for the celebration of private parties, bachelor parties or other types of group leisure events. The hostel reserves the right to deny admission or to request the abandonment of the facilities to those guests who do not comply with this condition, without the right to a refund.

8. RULES OF COEXISTENCE

Mandatory night silence from 22:00 h.

Pets are not allowed in the hostel facilities.

The consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited in the common areas of the hostel, except in the spaces enabled for it.

The use of the common facilities (kitchen, bathrooms, rest areas) must be done in a respectful way with the rest of the guests.

Guests are responsible for the care of the facilities and the equipment made available to them. Any damage caused intentionally or by negligence will be passed on to the person responsible.

Estudio Urya SL is not responsible for the loss, theft or deterioration of personal belongings of guests in the hostel facilities.

Failure to comply with the rules of coexistence may result in expulsion from the hostel without the right to a refund of the amount paid.

9. Responsibility

Estudio Urya SL is not responsible for damages that may arise from causes of force majeure, acts of third parties or the guest himself, nor for interruptions of service due to causes beyond its control.

The user is responsible for providing truthful and updated data at the time of booking. The provision of false or incorrect data may result in the cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund.

10. DATA PROTECTION

The personal data provided during the booking process will be processed by Estudio Urya SL in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://alberguesannicolas.es, and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (RGPD) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

11. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any controversy arising from its interpretation or compliance, the parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to the Courts and Tribunals of Logroño (La Rioja).

12. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Estudio Urya SL reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The modifications will come into force from their publication on the website and will not affect reservations already confirmed under the previous conditions.
